Throughout my professional journey, Irene has held senior roles including as Marketing Manager at the Jakaya Kikwete Cardiac Institute (JKCI) Regional Marketing Manager at Cassandra Lingerie Limited, Marketing and Corporate Officer at Tanzania Occupational Health Services, and Project Coordinator at ADAP Tanzania, a Swiss-based environmental NGO. In these positions, she successfully led market expansion strategies, coordinated health awareness campaigns, ma
naged donor-funded programs, and facilitated policy advocacy efforts in rural and urban communities.
My experience also includes working with vulnerable groups through organizations like REDESA and Africa, where I was contributed to baseline surveys and youth empowerment programs, and conducted impactful field research on community benefit sharing, small business development, and sustainable resource use.
