Suzanne Ndomba-Doran is a seasoned Advocate with 20 years of experience specializing in criminal and labour law.
She holds a Master of Laws degree and has built a distinguished legal career, including her tenure as a State
Attorney in the Office of the Attorney General of Tanzania.
Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of the Association of Tanzania Employers (ATE), advocating for the
interests of the business community in Tanzania and representation of employers’.
Beyond her leadership at ATE, Suzanne is actively engaged in various governance and advisory roles across both the
public and private sectors including:
